The company

The Worcestershire based Consultancy was started and is owned by me, David Maylor (you may have guessed that from the company name!). I chose the name of the company on the basis that I am proud to put my name to everything we do

My experience in business is varied, starting out as a trainee Chef and then moving into the world of Insurance, Customer Service and Service Management.

I then moved into the amazing world of Sales and Sales management in various industries including Recruitment, Insurance and Pharmaceuticals. It was here I discovered the coaching and development arena and fell in love with it immediately.

At this point I moved into employment as a full time Performance Coach, Trainer and Training Manager (all at the same time) predominantly in the Sales arena. Through this role I gained the experience of coaching, training and developing individuals and teams at all levels in every kind of industry and organisation in the UK and Europe.
